May 4th has gained force in recent times, although we cannot say what kind, it can be assured that for Star Wars fans it is very important.
May the 4th be with you and let's celebrate this day remembering the airlines that have carried the colors and characters of the popular saga created by George Lucas.
Airline advertising is not something new and of course launches as important as new sagas and movies take advantage of the skies to take their message to the whole world.
Some relevant cases are those of United Airlines and its Boeing 737-800s used to promote Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker in 2019. Also, LATAM Airlines in its Brazilian division with the announcement of the new space for Star Wars inside the Disneyland park in Florida, all in the form of images on his Boeing 777-300ER.
ANA, the Japanese airline, better known as All Nippon Airlines, went viral thanks to its design inspired by the popular BB-8 character, which took the Boeing 777-333ER as its canvas.
Finally, there is Virgin Atlantic, which also joined the announcement of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, the amusement park attraction in the US.
