Iberia stated that for the sixth consecutive month it positioned itself as the most punctual airline in Europe, since in October it managed to ensure that 86.89% of its flights, out of a total of 13,530, arrived on time at their destinations. It should be noted that this data represents an increase of almost three percentage points compared to September, when it registered 84%, as confirmed by the international consulting firm Cirium. These good results are part of Iberia's efforts to offer its customers the best service, in which punctuality plays a fundamental role. “After a summer of many difficulties in which we managed to offer the best punctuality standards, we continue working to maintain these good figures and that customers feel that they are at the center of our commitment. Punctuality is the great merit of the Iberia workers, of a team that rows together and in the same direction”, stated Javier Sánchez-Prieto, president of Iberia. At the same time, as shown by the Cirium ranking, Iberia has also established itself among the most punctual airlines in the world, as it is ranked sixth, except in the September measurements when it was in seventh place.
