Embraer has announced a significant expansion of its maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services in the United States, aimed at supporting the growing customer base of its executive jets. The plan involves the addition of three executive MRO facilities in Dallas Love Field, TX, Cleveland, OH, and Sanford, FL. The move comes as Embraer's Executive Jets fleet experiences rapid growth, driven by sustained demand across its product portfolio.
Frank Stevens, Vice President of MRO Services, Services, and Support at Embraer, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion, stating, "We are pleased to offer additional service locations for our customers as we significantly expand the capacity and footprint of our MRO network in the U.S. This expansion will provide immediate additional capability and ensure that we are ready to care for our valued customers and strategically grow for many years."
As part of this expansion, Embraer will also enhance its Mobile Response Network with 28 teams, broadening its capabilities to include interior services, painting, and component repairs. The new service locations are set to be operational in the second quarter of 2024.
In addition to these new facilities, Embraer already operates three dedicated service centers for its executive jet customers in Mesa, AZ, Melbourne, FL, and Fort Lauderdale, FL, along with 24 authorized service centers across the United States.
