It is no surprise that they are consistently recognized as among the best." Fortune collaborated with Korn Ferry on this corporate reputation survey, which began with a universe of about 1,500 candidates: the top 1,000 US companies ranked by revenue, along with non-US companies in the Fortune Global 500 database with revenues of 10,000. million dollars or more. This selection was narrowed down to the companies with the highest revenue in each sector, a total of 645 from 27 countries. To determine the top rated companies in 52 industries, Korn Ferry asked executives, directors and analysts to rate companies in their own industry based on nine criteria, from value of investment and quality of management and products to social responsibility and the ability to attract talent. A company must score in the top half of its industry survey to be listed. To select the Top 50 All-Stars, Korn Ferry asked 3,760 executives, directors and stock analysts who had responded to industry surveys to select the 10 companies they most admired.
