Continuing with the pursuit of the objective of having 35 A330-900 units of the Airbus brand, Delta Air Lines has acquired its 15th unit.
The well-known North American company has received the aircraft on April 29th, achieving the mark of 15 and with a solid plan for the following months.
The delivery departed from France to Atlanta, thus making its first flight and sporting its registration N418DX, leaving Toulouse airport at 12:24 for a 9-hour flight, landing at 15:33 local time.
Prior to delivery, the aircraft completed its test flight for a total of 6 hours and 55 minutes. The first of four that it had to cover, took place on April 1st and the successive ones on the 13th, 15th, and 22nd of the same month.
Looking forward to its next 20 A330-900s, Delta Air Lines demonstrates the trust it has in Airbus.
